The Village Community Facility Capital Investment Programme provides capital funding to support the physical improvement of village community facilities to improve access to a wider range of rural services.
There are 33 grants available over the next two years and projects will be selected in ‘rounds’.
In brief the key criteria for the scheme are as follows:
- •Projects must have all consents in place before applying
•Projects must be located in eligible rural wards
•Projects must contribute towards a better range of rural services
•Projects can apply for a maximum grant of £ 5,000 to a maximum of 80% of project value
•Support is available for Capital projects not Revenue
